When they told people to evacuate at the Superdome, as they came in why didn't they start taking their names and information so they can post it? It shouldn't be a situation where people have to post to find their relatives.

My grandmother is kind of disoriented because of the ordeal. They are both in their 80s. We are kind of getting scattered pictures. Some kind of way she ended up on a bus to San Antonio.

We thought the new site would be done before winter. Now it has been almost a year. It was hard for such a good program to be shoved into the closet, so to speak, for so long.
