They met and quite possibly exceeded my expectations for the first meet of the year.

They opened the door and what we saw was just unbelievable. You have the feeling like you could've been stuck there, just seeing the bed burnt to a crisp.

They have every right to speak their mind and say their piece, but they've just kind of taken over. I just wish they'd go home. It gets old.

Performance wise, running in the adverse conditions helped, mentally it helped toughen us. Now they can see they can do this. They have confidence now.

The distance runners have certain goals their trying to reach individually and as a team. Devin has his own personal goals he's trying to reach, but he's very team oriented as well.

The guys are going to be excited about it. I told them to listen to the announcements or pick up a copy of the paper if they wanted to know how they did. I think we showed a lot of strength. There's some things I'm not pleased about. The 4-by-100-meter relay needs to get their act together.
