When we first got here, it was just miserable conditions. We had to sleep in our trucks the first night, but as we went along, conditions got better.

What's most troubling to teachers is the speed with which things are moving. We're worried that programs won't be in place and classrooms won't be ready by the time the students come back to school in late August.
