We have a lot of problems that we're going to be improving. Our plan is to cul-de-sac North Drive off. We're going to terminate the crossover. That's not the way we want North Cliff to function.

When times are tough like this, and they certainly are challenging, it's not a time to recoil or retreat from the situation. You've got to be strong, and you've got to play your plan out as best you can.
