That's what Rich Gannon 's all about. After he got hurt, he was still in the meetings, he was there. His neck was hurting but he was still a part of it and really wanted us to be successful. That pretty much says it all about him. He's one of the smartest quarterbacks I've ever been around. ... I don't think there's anyone better than Rich Gannon . He showed that week in and week out the way he played, too. He was a tremendous competitor.

I think it's key for us to get this win, certainly going into the bye week, and having time to reflect and think about the last four weeks. To get this victory is going to make the off week a lot better, for sure.

Everything is so effortless for him, ... It doesn't look like he's running. I can throw it as far as I can and he catches up to it with no problem. He's a unique guy. He can run unique routes. Every day, I see something that's new and different, and it's something that I like.
