I was picking up garbage along ditches, and by chance I just walked alongside an old garage and saw pelvic bones white bones and a skull. At first, I didn't know what to think, then I realized it was probably Bill.

From about a year ago in February, we didn't see much of him. And as it got into March, we realized there were no tracks coming out of the house and that the driveway wasn't cleared. We called his son and he said he didn't know where he (Cole) was.

We knew that in the past he may have had a little trouble with the police, so we didn't know if he was in jail or what. But through the whole time, we felt something was wrong.

We thought they (police) had pretty much walked around. And none of us found the body in the summer. I felt like they did a pretty good job, but how it was missed, I don't know. We thought it was kind of strange that the body was never found in the summer right by the garage.
