bounce game hard lucky players playing presence question talking team
I never ever question the team playing hard. I know I'm very lucky that I have 14 players that play hard all the time, but I think we just weren't talking and we didn't have that bounce in our step. I think if you come out and make yourself know and want to have a presence you have to talk, and that part of our game we didn't bring.
attacked forced gave giving great sat took whatever
Rachael was awesome. Sometimes she attacked a little bit, and sometimes she sat back and took what they were giving her. From 3 she did a great job. She never forced anything, but whatever they gave her she took.
focus last playing run strong
We just want to really focus in on this last run here. We want to be really strong and playing well going into the tournament.
court eight full game lots man minutes played rest start stayed
We played full court man-to-man to start the game with lots of pressure. With about eight minutes left, we went back to half-court man and stayed that way for the rest of the game.
beat coaching concerned maine staff tradition year
I still think Maine is very good. I just think the new coaching staff up there is going through that whole first year thing. I'm not too concerned for Maine, they have the tradition and nothing can beat tradition.
bring brought energy great key turn
I thought it was a great game. I thought we brought great energy. When we bring energy we can play with anyone, but the key is that we can't turn it on and off, we have to have it on all the time.
drown focus ready sorrows undefeated upset
We need to keep focus on what we're doing. We're not going to be an undefeated team, so we can't get upset over every loss. We can't drown our sorrows in that. We just need to come ready to play.
nice ready
We know that UNH is good. They had a really nice non-conference run. And we'll be ready for them.
feeling great point team
From the get-go it was a great team effort. Right from the beginning, we just had that feeling of confidence, and everything we did from that point on just had the feeling.
funny lighten tried
I did some funny drawings. I tried to lighten us up a little bit, but that's about it.
bringing caught effort energy previous sure talk vermont year
I don't get too caught up in what the previous year did or all the numbers. You talk about the things you can control, and going up to Vermont and bringing your 'A' effort and 'A' energy is what we have to do. We need to make sure we go in and do some damage.
hard people played save smart specific
Obviously, Rachael has played a lot of minutes. We want to play people a lot of minutes. We're not going to save people for a specific game. We just have to be smart with our off days. Even at practice, we need to be smart with how hard we go, how long we go.
graduation last move nice players shoot star stepped
She's really stepped up with the graduation of their star players from last season. She has a real nice step back move and can shoot out the three. She's really a player that, as a sophomore, has become their leader.
against definitely early finding great huge played player though
She played a great game. I thought Erica was definitely the player of the game. Early on when we scored against their zone, I think she was the one who made it happen, finding the seams in the zone, and I though she played huge for us.
