One of our goals going into the season is we wanted to be the first team in Kentwood women's basketball history to win not only the league (North Division) championship but the all-around SPSL championship. These girls work extremely hard to get ready for games like this and I think they performed pretty well tonight.

I was recruiting through the halls. Now we have girls who are dedicated and want to get better. These girls worked hard and deserve everything they get.

She came up big. It seemed like every time Mount Tahoma got within three points or one point, we'd get the ball in her hands and she'd find a way to stop the momentum.
