concern growth led microsoft since slow split warning worried worrying
Now that nobody's worrying about this quarter's earnings, they're now worried about if growth will slow and since Microsoft said yes, that led to a sell-off in technology. There's some worry about Microsoft being split up but I think it's actually more concern about their warning about the future.

It's an odd group of stocks that are down today...it's more across different industries than it normally is,
above bigger company costs current cut efficient head looking shoulders suddenly ways
It's not so much that bigger is better. I think what you're looking at is a company that's suddenly head and shoulders above most of the other companies. And two very efficient competitors that have already cut a lot of their own costs and are now looking at better ways of going after their current business.
al bush edge either figure george investors president sitting trying
It's not that investors are uncomfortable with either (Republican) George Bush or (Vice President) Al Gore. They are just sitting on the edge trying to figure out who will be president so that they can make decisions.
integrated major market money oils paid surprising though
It's not surprising that even though the major integrated oils are making money hand-over-foot, the market hasn't paid much attention.
both dynamite earnings stocks
It's the same old story. It's Nortel and BCE. Dynamite earnings out of both of those and the stocks just roared ahead. And so went the market.
