Just because I won last year doesn't mean anything. You can't overlook anybody at this level because everyone is trying to do what they can to win. That's the only pressure I feel. The only thing that matters at this point of the season is to go out and beat the guy across from you and move on to the next match. I really want to place at states this year, and that's the only way I can do it.

We got a little banged up tonight, but that happens. Those guys want to win just as bad as anyone, so I expect us to be back to 100-percent by Friday.

It's a great feeling. Every year we wrestled them since I've been here we lost. But everyone wrestled great tonight and now we know what it feels like to knock off one of those letters.

I'm really about to cry right now, but I can't because my neck hurts so much. I landed on my head and my neck. But I wasn't going to give up. I don't quit for anything. I just sucked it up and I won.
