He's like my mentor. He helps me a lot. If I have some problems, because my dad lives in Chicago, I go to him. He tells me to stay positive no matter what is going on and to keep my head.

If we practice hard, that will follow into the game. That's a big issue for us. If we practice hard the day before games we usually do well.

It gives us a different look. It makes us real quick so we can pressure the ball a lot, run the floor and get our opponents tired.

I talk to him. I tell him I know it's going to be hard the first two years fitting in. He was the star of his eighth-grade team. He's in the same spot as me. I talk to him about my experiences and tell him what not to do.

When I first came out I wanted to play more than I did. I wasn't used to it at all.

I knew I was in the wrong. I should have come to the bench and not said anything. I learned my lesson.

It was kind of tough. We had a lot of good players, but we really didn't move the ball. People said we weren't really a team. This year everyone is for each other. We pick each other up when we fall. That helps a lot.
