Our confidence is a little shocked right now. We just played a really bad game, and we had to travel to come here. But that gives us a chance to prove what we're made of. It's 'Big Monday' so it's a big deal to us.

We just missed too many key shots, too many free throws, down the stretch. You always want to go out with a win in your last game, and that's why we were fighting so hard. We just came up short.

We just took advantage of our size, which is something we need to continue to do.

The zone has been our savior all year, we're long, big, and athletic, which makes it hard for anyone to get rebounds or score.

We went into that zone because they were beating us off the dribble, and they got our big guys in foul trouble. We went to that zone and they struggled with it a little bit.

Even though we came out with a win, we're still down on ourselves. It's disappointing to come out and play like this.

Everybody got touches, everybody was able to get good looks at the basket.
coming extra free games loses practice staying throws work
Down the stretch, that's what loses games for us, free throws and big rebounds. In practice we've been working on it, everybody's been coming in before and staying extra to work on what they need to work on.
atmosphere eight guys hard locker nine
You look around the locker room, there's eight or nine guys in there. It's just empty. The atmosphere is kind of hard to get up for a game.

We had ups and downs. I think we did pretty good considering what we had to work with. For what we had, we did the best we could do and we'll take that.

That's the way I like to play the game. I'm not going to try and score 40 every game. I'll do what it takes to help the team win.

I was getting a good feel on the ball. My teammates did a good job of getting me open and getting me the ball in the right places and I was just able to finish.
athletic chance family feels good support
It feels good to know that you have the support of your friends and family and the fans. We still have a chance in the (Western Athletic Conference) tournament, and that's all that matters.
company concerned feels good help mean sit team trying win year
It feels good to be in that company, but it's not something I'm really concerned about. I think it'll mean a lot more at the end of the year when I can sit down and look at what I accomplished. Right now, I'm just trying to help this team win games.
