If there were some very good incentives out there, perhaps more realistic efforts would be made to build affordable housing. But those incentives are not there. Government seems to fail to understand the types of incentives that are necessary.

We're paying per unit today for land costs what we paid 10 years ago per acre. Land costs have gone up tremendously.

It's unfortunate that people make more out of something than what it is. I don't know whether people were intentionally spreading rumors to scare some people or not.

I don't see Ford or General Motors offering below-market cars for low-income families.
finish planning poor
Inevitable. It would be poor planning not to finish the roadway.
