It's been a very successful program for us, We would prefer to have the opportunity to identify and hire more individuals on a local basis than we would to rely on a third-party source to get through the course of a busy time period.

It's been a combination. We're not scoring. Then, if you don't work and play well, you're going to lose. I'm obviously disappointed we have gone 2-5-1 in our past eight games and 0-5-1 in our last six. I thought we played well enough to win at least two or three of those games.
