John Clark LeClairis a retired American professional ice hockey player who played 16 seasons in the National Hockey Leaguewith the Montreal Canadiens, Philadelphia Flyers, and Pittsburgh Penguins. I had the goalie on the play. It was a good job by everybody. We just worked hard for every loose puck and it was a lucky bounce. I just got my stick on it, fortunately.
next planning playing year
I want to play again. I have another year on my contract, and we'll take it from there. As of (Wednesday) I'm planning on playing next year.

I think, obviously, there was some uncertainty as to what was going on around here. Now that it's over, you look around and this is what we've got and this is what we've got to work with. ... We kind of talked about it that we have to make the best of it.

It's a lot more than I ever dreamed of scoring in this league, so it's something I'm very proud of. But it's also something for later on. In the middle of a season, it's tough to sit back and look at accomplishments like that. It's a team sport.

It was disappointing, obviously. I was looking forward to continuing to play once April came, but it didn't happen. It is what it is, and it's forgotten. It's about finishing strong here and playing hard.

It was something I was prepared for. I knew it was a very realistic possibility for over a year now. My disappointment comes from knowing my years with the Flyers are over.

It was a quick whistle, but it's tough to argue. I heard the whistle before it went in.

It's a little different feeling, but we have to move on. I think we'll be OK come game time.

The way we hung on and played quite well at the end, that's a big morale boost.

I don't think there's any pressure. It's pretty obvious we're not going to make the playoffs. It's about playing for pride and some self-respect, and that's why you're seeing guys play really hard.

You would think so. If you look at the way the team's been shaping up and the way things have been going, this team's about the future. You have to build for the future. You don't know how realistically a guy like me is part of the future.
