absolutely area cannot central commit hit liable others people refute religious themselves totally vulnerable
Religious people know deep down that that is the most vulnerable area of their lives, and when others question it, they are liable to hit out and feel insulted. You know it is absolutely without proof, yet people still commit themselves totally to this belief. They cannot refute it because it is so central to their lives.
amazing hugely painted picasso
Picasso was hugely innovative, and, wow, did he have facility, amazing ability, but I don't think he painted a masterpiece.
work
I say you play a part, you don't work one.
good offspring worst
Parents are the worst teachers, if they are good at it and you're not. My father thought I was the densest offspring he could have produced.
cope john picture took trying
I think the director, John Huston, took on the picture because he's been trying to outdo his father, Walter Huston, and that's impossible. How do you cope with a genius? I couldn't communicate with my own father.

industry nurturing pushed smaller spend time
Ultimately, the film industry has always pushed out its biggies, and I don't have a problem with that. I just wish that we'd spend more time nurturing the smaller ones.
bad efforts flowering itself
Where humanity is going to find itself in, say, 20, 30, 40, or 50 years would be very difficult to predict, I think. There are moments, of course, when you think that it's going from bad to worse, but there are other moments when you think that human efforts are really flowering into something really fantastic.
carbon copy creeping last thinking time toward
We're not approaching it to make a carbon copy of what we did last time but we've tended to come back to the way we were thinking then. More to the point, I'm creeping up toward being old enough for it now.
begin flat hills hold opportunity slide toward until water
Water will begin to slide down those hills toward the flat intersection and hold it until it has an opportunity to drain.
