Deep Space Nine was also fun. I was kind of hoping that they would have my character back some time. Here was a guy who felt so inadequate and he turned evil in order to get what he felt he deserved. It was such a fascinating part to play. The cast and crew were incredibly supportive and welcoming to me.

The old fence was in such bad shape that it was starting to become a safety issue. There were holes in the old chain link. It was just the next project in a long list of improvements we've been wanting to make to the field.

There is a great sense of pride being involved in the task force made up of our neighbors to go out and protect fellow Texans. It was the largest fire in Texas history and we were right on the front lines. It was a good feeling to be able to help and make history.

I purchased a house a few years ago. I do not want to see a bar in that area. I don't think it's feasible. I have no objections to a restaurant or a coffee house. I think (a bar) is going to take away from my property and make my property values go down.

I must be one of the luckiest people in the world - I have a profession where I can play dress-up and make-believe, and I wasn't enjoying it.

In open range fires it is about picking a spot and hoping it is the right location. At the head of the fire you have to worry about wind and humidity and a number of other factors.
