John Berlinger Breauxwas a member of the United States Senate from Louisiana from 1987 until 2005. He was also a member of the US House of Representatives from 1972 to 1987. We've been hollering about funding for years, but everyone would say: There goes Louisiana again, asking for more money. We've had some powerful people in powerful places, but we never got what we needed.
