choose conflict easy fight gotten heard hurt learned lesson looks management maybe next obviously people quite reports team valuable wait
Obviously I wasn't able to be there because of the conflict with Guerrero's fight -- and that hurt me, because I want to be there for all of my fighters, ... But I've gotten reports from people I respect, and I've heard Jose didn't look very good. I think maybe Jose and his management team learned a valuable lesson -- it's not quite as easy as it looks -- and maybe next time, if there's a conflict of dates, they'll choose to wait it out.

great hurt kid knocked left performance pleased saw seen
You not only saw him hurt a kid with a right hook, but he knocked him out. We all know he's got a great left hand. Now we've seen he's got a great right hook, too. I was really pleased with his performance tonight.
bottom fighter fighting knew legendary listened living needs start
Jose Celaya needs to start living like a fighter, being in camp, doing all of the things a fighter does. That's the bottom line, ... I had legendary trainers when I was fighting -- Angelo Dundee, Lou Duva and Georgie Benton -- but I never listened to them. I always thought I knew more. And you know what? I didn't.
bound great happen monitor overtime patrol reduce state ultimately work
I think it's a great idea, especially in work zones. It would ultimately reduce overtime for off-duty state patrol used to monitor the zones. It's bound to happen eventually.
business good greatest guy john maybe robert starting success thanks trainer training whatever
The greatest thing about training a guy like Robert Guerrero is this: He says, 'Yes, John... whatever you say, John.' When I tell him to do something, he just does it. There's no discussion. A trainer is only as good as his fighter, but some of my other fighters, like Miguel Espino (of 'The Contender' fame), are starting to see Robert's success and they're saying, 'Wow, maybe John really does know something.' Well, gee, thanks -- I've only been in this business for about 28 years.
