John Beilein
John Patrick Beileinis an American college basketball coach and current men's basketball head coach at the University of Michigan. He is the 16th head coach of the Michigan Wolverines. The 2015–16 season is his ninth at Michigan. Beilein has won 665 career games at four-year universitiesand 732 games altogether, including those at the junior-college level. When we don't get turnovers, we can't win. We had just enough late to hold on to the lead by playing tight defense and swarming the ball. We really dug out some ugly rebounds tonight.

It is not a gimmick. I wouldn't compare it to a wishbone, I'd say it is more like the fun and gun because they spread you out and they are going to shoot the 3-pointer 25 times.
