They cut about 10 feet from each of the four legs and the eight-inch water pipe coming down the middle. Everything was doing fine. There was just a little sway.

There's not a weld in this tank. It's all put together with bolts and rivets.

The boom broke on the small crane, and the large crane couldn't hold it up. I'm guessing it took 8 to 14 seconds for it to fall.

And then they started lowering it, and they got it down five or six feet and it started tilting.
