affect alternate decided events few finished late london march november principal recent release shooting society special takes until weeks work written
The V For Vendetta story was written in the late 80's and takes place in a society in an alternate world and the recent events in London does not affect this scenario. At first, we wanted to release the movie in November but the principal shooting was finished just a few weeks ago and considering all the post-production work which is to be done, especially the special effects, we decided to postpone the release until March 2006.
hard
It's so hard and impossible to shoot in L.A. The costs are astronomical.
adam batman book brought comic george great hero legendary life reinvented superman tim time wonder
It's just a great, legendary comic book hero and it's one that has never been kind of been brought back to life after Lynda Carter. I mean, it's a reinvention. When Tim Burton reinvented Batman after Adam West, and when Donner reinvented Superman after George Reeves, it's time to do that with Wonder Woman.

action excites people seen specific tension
This is a character-based movie, ... Oliver is very specific how he makes a picture. There's action in the movie, and there's tension in the movie, but it's not in that same kind of green-screen activity. So it's a very different kind of science-fiction picture. It's really more intellectual and very smart. And I think what Oliver is intending to do is something people haven't seen before, and that always excites me.
help people trying understand violence
This is a movie that is special.... It's about violence and society, ... Look, we need help on this. We need people to understand what this movie is and what it's trying to do. Look, it is a controversial movie.

driving fix governor industry minute seems
They are driving the industry out of the state. You have a governor who was a movie star. It doesn't make any sense. They could fix it in one minute if they wanted to but no one seems to want to.
built company divisions fantastic felt guys hard incredible inspirational past run together work
I've never felt the company run so well. I've never felt the divisions work together so well, ... These guys really are inspirational leaders. They really have built a fantastic organization. There used to be a lot of divisiveness. In past managements it was sometimes very hard to get things done. Now these guys are just fantastic and they make it an incredible place.
help people
You need the right people to kind of help make these things real.
book comic future work
It was like a 1930s comic book set in the future. I can't say what it was, but there was something about it that made me think it would work as a movie.
beginning came celebrate heard last people sound turned
The ivory-billed woodpecker that (was up last week) was thought to be extinct. (Recently, sounds) have been heard which sound like it, and we are beginning to get confirmation that they do actually come from the ivory-billed woodpecker. To celebrate its 'coming out of extinction,' we turned to its page. People came to see.
genre great ways
The genre is not going to die. It's a great genre. You just need to find ways to make it fresh.
