bitter downright half happened second though
Everything that happened in the second half is fixable, but it was downright ugly. Even though it's a 'W', I'm a little bitter about the way we played.

Our entire secondary played well. Doug did a great job on Savage. He was not a factor.

He's a good, little back ? and a major part of our success. He's not just the quick, elusive runner we like to have. He's also a power runner who will get you a yard or 2 when you need it.

I don't think our guys thought kickoff was until 8:30, because we didn't start playing until 8:30 or 9.

It probably should have been intercepted, but when you have one as special as Channing out there, he's going to make a great play for you.

It's one of those things we went to these clinics and picked up where both the receivers run to the same place and you throw it and our two guys have a jump ball. I guess two chances is better than one.

It wasn't just their offensive line that beat us. It was those guys on the other side of the ball as well. We've just gotta try to get better. Sometimes playing great teams like West brings out the best in you as well as the worst in you.

Yeah, but you should have seen what his hand looked like. After the game it looked like he had a baseball glove on it.
That's when you know you've got something special.
