Certainly there's going to be some wrinkles and stuff that's new. But I don't think it's going to be something that's going to take the players a whole long time to learn. Football's a pretty simple game. They've got to learn how to work with the guy next to 'em. I don't see that being a big issue.

I think from a penalty standpoint, he had more penalties than he's ever had and that's something he wants to get right. I think there are some things he probably didn't do as well as he has in the past.

We've got to perform better. I don't know enough right now to say we've got to go sign somebody for $10 million. I don't know that we have to do that. We just have to see what's available to us. You're always looking to improve, so sure, we'd love to add to our mix.

I'm excited about it. One of the great things about coaching is there's a difference between potential and performance. And one of the goals is to close that gap from where you actually are and where you can actually get to. I know we need to get a lot better and you hope you can make a bit of a difference.
