I've actually been enjoying myself but I've just got to get the basketball side going. It really feels like back home. When this thing turns around, it really is going to be crazy.

That just wasn't Jim Haslam. He was always willing to offer an opinion but never forcing you to do something or asserting a given opinion. He knew where that line was and stayed on the right side of it.

We got some life at the end of regulation and I didn't want to go into overtime playing from behind. I went out and tried to take control.

We got out of what got us the lead. We settled for jump shots. I think we rely a lot on our offense to win basketball games. We tend to get away from our defensive scheme. It's hurt us.

Science fiction. These (Navy sonar systems) have extended range, but it's certainly not thousands of miles.
everybody knew played roles tonight
We didn't know our roles (then). We were just out there playing. Tonight everybody knew what their roles were and we played them to the end.

You got to adjust to it, that's all.

You always dream you're going against the team with the best record.
coming felt strong trouble
We really wanted to come out strong and we felt that if we could get up on them early, they would have trouble coming back. We got that big run.
coming spirit stretch took valuable
When you're going down the stretch like that, every play is valuable when you're coming back. We had turnovers, which took the spirit out of us.
anderson guys handled
We handled them for 3 1/2 quarters. They had guys like Derek Anderson who made the difference.
global restrict system
We have a global Navy, and we're not going to restrict where the system will be deployed. It could be worldwide.
brought helpful knew mike
Mike brought a lot to the table, ... As an attorney, he knew where we could go and where we couldn't, and that was very helpful to us.
exhausted team
I was exhausted out there. I just do what I can for our team to get a win.
