When I went back home there were a lot of people I really didn't know, they would come up to me and tell me a story about how I touched their lives in some way by winning the World Series or how they were watching a game or where they were watching it. To me, I like that stuff. It's neat to hear people's stories and I had a lot of fun with it.

I've got some confidence in my abilities. Last year definitely gave me some confidence, ... Playing every day, when you can get used to making adjustments, that helps a lot.

The biggest thing that concerned me with the injury was the throwing, and I was able to get out there and throw pain-free and it was a good confidence builder.
