We didn't really play doubles the way we know how. We were out there just hitting balls at certain points, not really trying to utilize our strategy. We need to learn to stick with what is working in a match until the opposition proves that those methods aren't working. That's something we really need to get after in practice.

Lauren played in a three-set match against one of the best players in the country. She was in it all the way. That's impressive.

They're feeling great right now after four straight wins. Now we'll see if we can ride that into conference play. It doesn't get any easier from here on out.

Against Western Michigan on Sunday, we were up and down. For a game or two we would make too many unforced errors. They were a very smart team, very disciplined from start to finish.
