We have to get at least two state champions and two others have to place in the top four. If that happens we'll be in a good place for winning (the team title).

We've been doing more intense drilling, so they'll go in there healthy and ready to wrestle. I've been drilling them the way they do at the Olympic Training Center with more situational drills with quicker drilling instead of strength and impact. Just quick repetitions.

It was good. We wrestled real well. We had a lot of young guys step up. We rebounded real well.
eighth finished guys shot state stepped time
They did real well, were at eighth place, and the young guys stepped it up big time to get us to third. Everyone finished great. We'll have a better shot at state after this tournament.

I'm excited. Just the improvement these guys have made has been great. Hopefully we'll have two state champions. The kids that I have always step up. If they wrestle like they know how, we should be OK.
