depth missing people players
We're missing players and we're missing depth and size. You get people that are tired.
playing
We were like playing 2 on 5 out there. I mean, really.
game knew possible potential talented unless
With Kelsey, every game is a possible game when she can have a career-high. We knew she was talented and had potential, but potential is nothing unless you put it all together.
either
We think it's an MCL. Hopefully, she won't need surgery. But either way, it'll take her out for a little bit.
coming forward kids taller
We're going to be much taller and have a lot more depth. All the kids we have coming in are very successful, and we very much look forward to having them here.
grieving happy hard process team
Even for me it's difficult, it really is. It's hard to say where the grieving process is, but I know right now I'm not happy with how the team is playing. I should say I'm more disappointed.
frustrated lose playing team
The team is frustrated because they want to win. We're playing to lose right now and not to win.
boards dominated game hurt second shooting
The thing that really hurt us was turnovers and shooting percentage. We didn't get much from our posts. We were out-rebounding them at halftime, and they just dominated the boards in the second half. This was a very disappointing game for us.
good katie players state three washington
Washington State has three good players in Katie Benz, Katie Appleton and Charmaine Jones.
conference good third washington
Washington is very good at home. They're in third place in conference and there is a lot of pressure. They play a lot of different people.
week
That week was surreal. We were numb, we made it through it.
family outside team
Lisa's away from the team for family matters. Outside of that, I can't say anything.
grew hard knew
I think she grew up and she knew that she had to play hard and play smart.
game huge
We have to re-establish our home-court advantage. This is a huge game for us.
