central gotten last outside since three year
Since I've been at Central this is the most I've gotten out. Last year we only got outside three times before our first game.
errors four
Errors are killing us. We made four errors and they were crucial.

I wasn't happy with our play at the beginning (of the game). We made some mental errors that are un-called for. But we are a young team, and I was pleased at the way the kids started swinging the bats.
hit slow time
We didn't even try to hit the holes. With a slow pitch, you've got all the time in the world to hit a hole.

If we get the bats going, I think everything else will fall into place.
bad games tough
What a win. It's too bad we didn't get the first one. These were tough games with tough teams.
adapt fast learn pitch slow
We've just got to learn how to adapt from the fast pitch to the slow pitch. That's what you've got to do in the game.
biggest conflict farming golf open percent race track
The open 70 percent could go A-1 (agriculture) or it could be a golf course, race track or nothing at all. The biggest conflict to farming is houses.

We are looking at other things. There is not just one single bullet for zoning. It is a process with a lot of facets.
along learn
They're young. Really young. Once they get the feel of it and learn my system, I think they'll come along OK.
practice reliable
They're reliable kids. They come to practice and so for they've been working their butts off.
ahead bit came expected guess looked
I thought we came out a bit flat. At least that's what it looked like. I guess it's expected after being ahead 7-0.
million team though
I never though this team would go out like that. Not in a million years.
