We played terrible (against Zanesville). I don't know what it was. The letdown might have been a good thing for us, but I think we have the potential to be a really good basketball team.

We came out knowing we played a difficult schedule and that could be a plus for us if we start playing together. We just have to play together as a team, meaning we have to make that extra pass needed for the easy bucket. We're that close to being where we need to be, but we still have a ways to go.

I think we played really well. We got on them real quick. We were hoping to get out quick. Lindsey Watt hit a couple 3-pointers real early. I knew we could play pretty good defense against them.

I just want to take one game at a time, and our next game is Dublin Coffman, which is outstanding. We have to get better prepared for Dublin Coffman on Jan. 6.
