balance focus help hit home players recruiting run talented
Our recruiting focus was to help all the different positions. I like the balance in our class. I think we hit a home run with players this year. This is a very talented group.
aggressive cannot fine gets guy guys learning line player smart trouble
You don't have to be the guy who makes us win. (But) you cannot be the guy who gets us beat. Young guys always have trouble learning that fine line between being an aggressive player and being a smart enough player that you don't put us in a bind.
bit
We're going to be a little bit better between the tackles, a little more physical.
either great horse position race worry
(Randolph) has made our quarterback position a horse race, and he didn't have to do that. He could have sulked about it and he has made it a great competition. If we had either quarterback out there for us, I wouldn't worry about it one bit.
good ourselves shoot shooting tried
Everything we tried to do to shoot ourselves in the foot, worked. We were very good at shooting ourselves in the foot.
field point
At that point I thought that if we got off the field and give it back to the offense, it was going to get real interesting.
call exact hit
We dialed up the exact call we needed. We hit him right as he threw.
game last
There's no way we can take Micah out after the game he had last week.
guess
I think he's got some infection. My guess right now is it's going to come out.
kicking
If we had done what we need to do, we'd be kicking off.
guys last quite seniors talking tough year
Last year was just one of those years when we didn't have a lot of old guys - and I'm talking about seniors in that mix. And some of the young guys, quite frankly, I don't think were tough enough to play.
field football impressive problem
What an impressive football player. I don't think there's going to be any problem getting him on the field from now on.
both game good running
We've got two good running backs. We need to use both of them. We'll probably go game to game and make that decision.
bunch chance consistency early expect giving guys kids lacking
We've got a bunch of kids that like to play. One thing we're lacking is consistency. But we've got so many guys getting reps right now, you don't expect to see a lot of consistency this early in the spring. We're giving a lot of kids a chance to play and compete.
