Our line has been our strength so far. We get after people and stay after them. Our season is not over. Hopefully the kids understand that.

I am just hoping we play well. If we play well it will be a good game. If we don't it could get ugly pretty quick. They (the players) are prepared and in shape. It is up the kids now. The coaches can't go out and play the game. All we can do is prepare them the best we can.
best kid leader throw
We will do the best with what we have. There is nothing we can do about it. It is not the end of the season. Just because we have one kid hurt, we don't throw in the towel. That being said, he is one kid we can't replace. He was the leader for us.
coach game good hayden john south tough year
It is the first game of the year for everybody. South Piatt is perennially tough and don't have down years. John Hayden is a good coach and he is going to have them well prepared.
defensive solid
They are a solid defensive team. They don't have a standout kid.
boat good kids last playoffs returned took year
They are a very good team. They returned a lot of kids that took them to the playoffs last year (finished 6-4). They are in the same boat that we are, 2-2.
ethic good indicator seeing test work
This is a good test of seeing where everyone is going to be and where we are going to be. If the work ethic is any indicator we should do pretty well.
