I think there should be an expansion. Whatever seems to fit.
Jim and I talked before the game (Monday) about this. It just doesn't make sense. Too many good teams. It's too difficult to stack the deck against people.
We've been way behind against quality teams, but we keep fighting back. This team fights hard. They make some mistakes, but they keep fighting. When you lose four in a row and do what we had to do to win tonight, I'm very proud of them. This is a great lesson for all the guys. They can win without Gerry.
We've got to score on the perimeter. There's no secret there. ... If we don't score on the perimeter, we're not going to score. Offensively we have to get better.
We can't beat them anywhere else. They've killed us four straight games, except for the two here.
Those guys have to be ready to step up and play. This is the opportunity for them. We'll see how they handle that.
We really should be thinking, like, eight or 10 more teams get in.
I'm not Derek Jeter, there will be no farewell tour.
I'm not Joe Paterno. Somebody didn't come and tell me Bernie Fine did something and I'm hiding it. I know nothing. If I saw some reason not to support Bernie, I would not support him. If somebody showed me a reason, proved that reason, I would not support him. But until then, I'll support him until the day I die.
I came here...in 1962. I'm not going anywhere.
If you're analytical, you have to be blunt. That's by definition. You can't analyze something and not be blunt about it. What would you rather hear if not the truth?
I believe, if I?m not mistaken, Bill Gates went to college for one year. I don?t think it hurt him, did it? I believe that every kid that goes to college for one or two or three or four years gains tremendously from it.
I believe his achievements are more than many people realize. He's going to finish his career in some pretty good company.
He amazes me every time I see him play. He has more guts than anybody I've ever coached. As soon as he released it, there was never a doubt. There was nothing but net.
