After Kerwin shot, my job was to get the rebound long. I chased it down. I shot as I fell and saw it go in.

I just went in for the rebound. I chased it down. I looked at the clock at the other end and it said four seconds and I knew I had time for one or two dribbles. I got the shot off.

Coach always tells us if you believe you're going to win and put all your heart into it, it will happen. I'm just so happy right now for my teammates, our coaches, our school and our fans.

When we started out (as freshmen), we were like the youngest Division I team in the country. So basically we just had to buy into what our coach was telling us. He always tried to keep us focused. We always believed he knew what he was talking about. We stuck with it, and it paid off for us.
