I think we came out with real intensity in the first period. They were prepared and they didn't worry about who they were playing against.

I think that's important against Detroit Lakes because they will stack one line and we can match that, and if they don't we can match them either way.

Our big focus tonight is getting out to a good start and making sure we're dictating play.

Their goalie was good, he made some nice stops. Was his performance spectacular? I wouldn't call it that, I think sometimes we made his job easy.

I really thought our play was really improved. We really worked a lot harder than the day before.

After the pre-vote everyone was happy with where they were placed. It was the first time it's happened since I've been here.
