confidence far felt gone needed successful uplifting
My wife's been gone a year, but I felt like this is something I needed to do. I have been pretty successful without a diploma, but I feel like as far as confidence and uplifting myself, I think this has really helped.

It's all worth it. My confidence will pick me up, but maybe the way I fill out applications or going for a job people will say, 'He's trying,' and look at me a little differently.

People here know that I don't get intimidated easily. I think the only thing I was worried about was failing because so many things have happened the last three to four years of my life.

I moved away once because my wife went to Oklahoma. I moved to Oklahoma twice and at that time my wife and I split up and I moved down there to be with my kids, and that interrupted some testing for my diploma.
