It's been a long January. We've had a lot of away games and tonight we get to sleep in our own beds, wear our home uniforms and play in our own gym. The only problem is that you don't get a win just for playing at home - nothing is guaranteed when it comes to that.

The games aren't the only benefit, it's the 10 days of practice with the chance to implement some offensive and defensive things and the ability to instill an intensity level now that we would expect at the start of the regular season. We're really able to do more than just scratch the surface.
