We just weren't good on third and long, ... The down that should be the easiest to be good on was the down we had penalties or big plays - seven to eight third and 6-pluses were where we just didn't execute. On first and 10 and second and 10 we played well.

That's where I think we're much improved over last year is the defensive end of the court. Last year in a lot of games we relied on outscoring the other team. We won a lot of games in the 80s and even in the 90s.
ask ball hope kids regions settle shoot toughest
You would hope our kids would want to play them just to settle the score. I'd say that's one of the two toughest regions in Tennessee, that one and Memphis. Antioch is big, they're quick, they shoot the ball pretty well, so they've got everything you could ask for.
