We were down by two but I thought we were down by three. I didn't know, I was just trying to get a shot up. When it went in I just thought we were going to overtime, then realized that we had won. It was a shocker. I was excited about it.
We missed easy shots we're very capable of making. That was a lack of focus. We lost the game because we didn't execute toward the end. ... We're not satisfied with people talking about us. We want to make the playoffs.
We play good defensively for 14 seconds, and that other 10 seconds, we slip. The shot clock comes down, we don't get a rebound or we don't get help. Just little things we're not doing that we need to get back to if we want to be a good team and we want to win games.
As long as I was on the floor, I was going to play like I was healthy. If you think you're hurt, you'll play hurt. I didn't have the same jumping ability so I had to smarten up on how to get my shots to fall. I think the ankle will be a little sore tomorrow.
At the free-throw line. They shot 55 free throws. One player shot half of them himself. So we got to do a better job of not fouling.
It was huge. I get the shot off and it was a big game, probably the best in my career. To win a game like this was huge for this team. We really needed it.
They had good defense on me. Four seconds, you've got to get a shot up. I couldn't get the ball out of my hands and I couldn't get a good shot off.
We said (earlier in the week) we're playing our last five games, and we want to win. If we play the next three like we played the last two, we're going to win.
We're not in a hole yet, but we're digging ourselves into one. Every game we don't win, we get deeper in that hole.
T-Mac is so hard to stop. You just try to find ways to slow him down, but once he gets going, it's pretty hard.
We were thin. Guys have bad games, it was kind of hard to have somebody to come in and lift the team up.
Even though we're not in the playoffs, we still have motivation to go out and play hard. Let people know we're serious, that we're not cashing it in. We still want to win games.
We were due to win a game in Cleveland. Guys really pulled together.
We want to win a lot of games. There are some tough teams coming in here and we're going to some tough places, but we can still win a lot of games.
