This first component is going to look very strange and it is going to drive a little strange.

Obviously, it's going to be a challenge. People knew it was coming, but not everybody knew when it was coming.

I think it's going to take some time for commuters and residents to adjust. But the detours and alternative routes will be adequate to handle the traffic.

Their traffic control is going to be substantial, they have to make this a very clean approach - it's heavily used by buses and trucks.
