feeling helped strong
It's really helped me. I'm feeling strong again.
bulk fast females fine lean quite run skinny strong

asked bonus relay run
Rosie asked me to run and I want to run for them. To run the relay is a bonus and there is no real pressure.
absolutely best hands months nervous run seven shape start
I am probably in the best shape I've ever been in but I haven't raced. I was so nervous at the start my hands were absolutely jumpy. I haven't run a 400 for seven months so I was just petrified.
games good risk shape since tight
I've just had a tight hamstring since Brisbane (last week). I didn't want to risk it, I'm in too good a shape to risk my Commonwealth Games this year. That's it really.
amazing experience matches moment
This has been the most amazing experience of my life. I don't think there'll be a moment that matches this ever again. It was just sensational.
