The market for an airport like this is the commercial passenger planes, commercial freight and also general aviation - usually piston-engine aircraft and jet traffic. We also have several military contracts with (United States) Customs, (the Department of) Homeland Security and all branches of the armed services.

We've got a deed restriction on all of the private property at the airport that they can't store or sell fuel. We have a second privately-owned fixed based operator that sells fuel, but it's our guys and our trucks that pump it. They only make a commission on the fuel they sell.

If someone told me, 'Hey Jag, you want to buy an airport for $3 million?' I would jump all over it. There's several ways the city could pay for it - through (federal aviation) bonds or owner financing. It could be a cash-less option. If someone offered me that, I'd take it.
