deserved played
We played well. We deserved more, there's no doubt. Got to go back at it tomorrow.
guy night remember seen shape shows skating
He's a guy who shows up every night. I haven't seen a guy as in shape as he is. The way he's skating night after night, I just don't remember a guy that intense.
great
I look at games, and this is great hockey. Better than I've ever seen. You get excitement. You get everything.
asked awful great named
I just asked them to play. That's why we're named the Wild. We're wild. Awful period, then great period.
against goal starts team type
Against a team like that, you just can't make any type of mistake. They find a way. It starts with the goalie. He makes the save... and they find a way to get the right goal at the right time.
guy hard trying worked
If you're trying to find a guy that didn't play well, I would have a hard time. Everyone chipped in and really worked hard.
feels good guess past ready until wait
I guess we just have to wait. We'll do what we did without him in the past and wait until he feels good and he's ready to play.
afford changing goal kids scoring share
If the kids were scoring their share of goals, a goal here or there, I couldn't afford to do this. See what I'm saying. I'm changing nothing.
goals good hard maybe past
It's good to get some goals on him. We know in the past it's been hard to get just one by him. Maybe this will give us confidence.
allow controls mistakes puck team
This is a team that controls the puck well. You can't allow any mistakes here.
moving kids hockey
Bobby Orr had lots of moves and speed. You had to be careful or he would make you look like a fool. Jacques was impresed how quickly he caught up to Yvan Cournoyer one night when the Habs were playing the Bruins. I didn't think the kid had that kind of speed.
win
You could see how much they wanted to win this.
