clock earn everybody five last
I'm on my own clock now. I've been on everybody else's clock for the last five years. When you earn that right ... .
camp everybody guys sure turn
In Minnesota, we had everybody in camp early. I don't know how things are over here, but I'm sure guys are excited, and I'm sure they'll come in here and try to do everything they can to turn it around.
matter
It's not about me, it's about the team. As long as we are winning, it doesn't matter what I do.
error margin nice pitchers work
It was nice for our pitchers to be able to breathe, and give them more margin of error to work with.
clean concern house loss means problems team
I've got my own problems going. I can't even concern myself with the loss of D-Lee and what it means to the team and what it means to me. I've got to clean my own house first.
behind pitcher tough win
It's tough any day you lose, especially now. We pretty much have to win out. Our pitcher pitched well enough for us to win, but we didn't play well enough behind him. That's the story.
develop relationship
I want to develop a relationship with my teammates.
ability couple enjoying few fun game last minor proven talked
We talked about it, we made a few minor changes. I've proven I can do it, I have the ability. The last couple years it hasn't happened. I don't think I'm on the downside, I don't think I'm sliding. I can still play the game. It's just relaxing, having fun again, enjoying the game again.
heart lost
We lost a lot of heart -- those two guys.
call change decides pull until
You can't do anything about it until he decides to change. Hopefully, he'll pull through this, and it'll be like a call for him to change some things in his life.
blame
This one's tough. I take a lot of blame.
blame
This one's tough, and I take a lot of blame. I feel like I should have come through in those situations.
hit home row runs seen three voice
I've seen friends go through it. Sammy Sosa hit 60 home runs three years in a row and he went into a little slump. They have a right to voice their opinion. It's not going to make me play any better, it's not going to make me play any worse.
entitled good point teams
That's fine. Everybody's entitled to do what they want to do. But I'm not going to point fingers. That's not what good teams do.
