They're strictly on a week-to-week basis. If they do something, they're out. I won't tolerate it. I'm strictly against drugs and alcohol. I work with them all the time. It isn't hard to tell if somebody's using.

They pay $75 a week and buy their own food. I think they can focus on themselves and getting better without rent.

These guys seem to appreciate what I've done. I can't pay a whole lot in wages at the restaurant, but at least I can provide a clean living place.
