First of all, we were thrilled to find out we made it because we were on the bubble. This is an all-junior team, so we're looking to run under 10:33, we want to get the experience, then hopefully come back next year and do better.

It's tough from the standpoint that it's even more time-consuming now than it was then.

There are the ones who have a lot of land and want to be annexed because they want the sewer to make the land more valuable and the lots smaller. Then there are the people with homes with working septic tanks that don't see why they should pay to hook into a sewer system they don't intend to use.
