I would say colonialism is a wonderful thing. It spread civilization to Africa. Before it they had no written language, no wheel as we know it, no schools, no hospitals, not even normal clothing.
Clearly we will pay close attention to this matter.
They are asking for three times more than we have to allocate.
This is a program we've been doing for years, but as a result of the storms, Congress passed legislation to waive some of the requirements so that more people could apply. It also increased the maximum income (limit) and the amount of the home that can be purchased, so it really broadens the program.
