I felt a little weak, but I wasn't throwing my fastball where I needed it. It all snowballed from there.

Trap came out to talk to me twice and we were on the same page. I was just nibbling at the corners instead of going after guys. I got used to having men on base.

Coach Trap told me before the game I had to be efficient with my pitches because our bullpen was a little thin. I can't seem to sneak through the nasty sixth inning.

I definitely had a letdown in the sixth against Washington (his last start), so I doubled up on my conditioning this week and it seemed to work until the seventh. I put Fish in a bad position, but he did a great job.
