You have to get to a mental state where you won't break. (Once you break), there's nothing you can do about it. There have been a lot of matches where I've been really close. Even though I was tied up, I didn't panic. If I don't break, I can still win matches.

I've improved in some areas, but I still have a lot to improve. I'm not whole yet. I've got a lot of work to do.
matter ready upsets whistle
(State) is where most upsets happen. It doesn't matter who you're wrestling. It's not like other tournaments. At state, you've got to be ready to go at the first whistle of every match.
good knew left reminded stay time
I just reminded myself that there was still a lot of time left in the match. I knew I had to stay on my toes. He's a really good wrestler.

I hope to be in the finals and have a great match with Louis (Bland). But I still have a lot of people before I get to him.
